Once the truck is fully loaded, it is taken back to our factory.<\/p><p>The second step in this process is <strong>SORTING<\/strong> is done by waste categories, at the same time the unusable contaminated material is removed.<\/p><p>The third step in the recycling process is <strong>COMPACTION<\/strong>In order to recycle used EPS packaging, such must be separated from other materials. EPS is easily recognizable, and we collect it from retail outlets, distribution centres, factories or warehouses. The collected material is subsequently compacted to one-fortieth of its original size for easy and cost-effective transport.<\/p><p>It is followed <strong>GRANULATION<\/strong> of the EPS, feeding the EPS into a granulator that shreds the material into smaller pieces and\u00a0<strong>mixing<\/strong>, the material is put into a blender for thorough mixing with similar granules.<\/p><p>The last step is <strong>EXTRUSION <\/strong>the material is fed into the extruder, where it is melted.
